**Business Manager - Retail Operations**

**Are you a dynamic and experienced Business Manager ready to lead a high-performing team?**
We’re seeking an ambitious and results-driven **Business Manager** to oversee a network of retail stores in North Western Sydney. You will lead a team of 15-20 Store Managers, driving performance across multiple retail locations, focusing on improving store sales, enhancing the customer experience, and achieving operational excellence. This is an exciting opportunity to bring your leadership skills and expertise to elevate a talented team, boost profitability, and make a tangible impact on business success.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead and coach Store Managers to boost sales, reduce wastage, and enhance customer satisfaction across your network of stores.
- Analyze P&L performance and implement targeted strategies to drive continuous improvement.
- Manage fuel loss reporting, compliance, and safety procedures to ensure operational integrity across all stores.
- Foster a positive and high-performing team culture with a focus on growth, customer experience, and engagement.
- Utilize data and insights to develop and execute local marketing strategies, responding to competitor activity and market trends.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Proven experience in retail management, with strong expertise in P&L management and operational processes.
- Strong leadership abilities, with a demonstrated track record of developing and coaching high-performing teams.
- An analytical mindset with the ability to identify trends and use data to optimize performance and improve customer experience.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills, with a focus on execution and accountability.
- Ability to manage multiple departments under pressure, ensuring organizational and time management excellence.

**Desirable Skills**:

- Experience managing franchise or company-operated retail sites.
- Strong commercial acumen, with a focus on driving store performance and profitability.
- A customer-centric mindset with a passion for developing teams and delivering exceptional service.
- Background in managing diverse retail environments or large teams (e.g. Woolworths, Coles, Aldi, or similar).
