Administration Manager - Organic Farm Operations (Full-time)

About Us:
Rita’s Farm is an organic farm located at the foothills of the Blue Mountains. We grow seasonal organic produce and distribute it weekly through Sydney and Canberra farmers’ markets, as well as our expanding online delivery platform.

We’re a fast-growing, family-run business with a strong community focus—and now we’re looking for an experienced Administration Manager to support and oversee our operations as we scale.

About the Role:
This is a senior administrative role suited to someone with strong leadership, coordination, and planning capabilities. You’ll work closely with the Managing Directors to plan, organize, direct, control and coordinate the day-to-day administrative functions across our three farms, warehouse, 15+ weekly farmers' market locations and online delivery platform.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide high-level administrative and strategic support to the Managing Directors
- Oversee business operations including staffing, compliance, financial planning, and internal systems
- Develop and maintain procedural guidelines for team members across the business
- Lead the administrative team and supervise office, market, and warehouse coordination
- Provide information and support for preparation of budgets, quarterly BAS/GST returns, Single Touch Payroll (STP), and financial reports
- Analyse business performance, generate reports, and assist with business planning
- Report operational issues and advise on practical solutions
- Coordinate communication between departments and support staff development

What We’re Looking For:

- A relevant qualification equivalent to Australian bachelor degree or higher (e.g. Business Administration or equivalent)
- Minimum 2 years’ relevant experience in a similar role (agriculture or food sector preferred)
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to manage complex scheduling, reporting, and compliance tasks
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, hands-on environment
- Australian citizen or permanent resident preferred

Visa Sponsorship:
This role qualifies under ANZSCO 132111 - Administration Manager. Sponsorship may be available for the right applicant meeting the relevant visa and qualification criteria.

How to Apply:
Pay: $85,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
