A Not-for-profit organisation is seeking an experienced Outbound operator to join their team.

This company is an independent, non-profit membership-based Association committed to providing a wide range of support services, information, education, and products to people living with and at risk of diabetes in South Australia.

**Your new role**

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Provides a customer first approach
- Ability to handle objections and sales to warm clients
- Handles all interactions efficiently and in accordance with approved guidelines, processes, and instructions, providing accurate and up-to-date information.
- Maintains a good understanding of why funds are needed to be aligned with the case for support developed for the regular giving program.
- Can work with set key performance indicators.
- Previous experience working in fundraising is desirable
- Knowledge of diabetes will be an advantage.
