**The Role**

As an LPG (Liquefied Petroleum Gas) Sales Consultant, you will be joining a team handling inbound and outbound calls to new and existing Origin customers, to offer LPG and partnering Origin products. Don’t know what LPG is? No worries We’ve got you covered with our supportive induction training and ongoing floor support as soon as you answer your first call.

**The Responsibilities**:

- Welcoming new and supporting existing customers by delivering to their current and future needs
- Providing outstanding sales solutions by building rapport and identifying our customer’s needs with effective questioning
- Identifying key opportunities to sell our products to our customers and appropriately objection handling when required
- Promoting Origin Energy as a leading energy provider by delivering good quality service to new and existing Origin Energy customers
- Responding to all enquiries using appropriate Best Practice Procedures
- Being accountable for communicating the desired set of behaviours and attitudes to reinforce Origin Energy's customer service objectives and business values
- Keeping abreast of changes and taking responsibility for personal development by leveraging feedback, information and coaching opportunities to support improvements.

**Our training and rostering**:

- Monday to Friday from 7:30am to 6:30pm with occasional Saturday shifts from 8am to 1pm
- We will work around your availability (part-time or full-time) - we ask that you’re available for **two weeks of on-site training at our Waymouth St office from Monday, the 27th of February**:

- We love working from home too Our team continues to work a hybrid working model, coming into the office twice per week

- Ability to match the needs of new and existing customers to a suite of products and campaigns
- Results-focused attitude with drive to meet targets and goals
- Motivation to learn products, processes and procedures quickly and efficiently within a call centre atmosphere
- Flexibility and agility, with a great attitude towards a consistently changing industry
- You thrive working within a team-orientated environment.
