**Your new role**

As the Manager, Strategy and Planning Portfolio Manager, you will lead the development and operationalisation of SA Water strategy and a portfolio of corporate strategies to ensure their business has clear direction and strategic plans to achieve a unified vision.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Provide strategic insights and operating context
- Operationalise strategy and planning
- Collaborate with stakeholders and build partnerships
- Project manage the strategy and planning development and implementation
- Build and lead an effective high performing team that works collaboratively towards achieving the organisations goals
- Develop strategy and expertise within SA Water

**What you'll need to succeed**

To be successful in the role you will have:

- Ability to quickly build effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Demonstrated experience in project management, ability to lead & deliver complex processes in simple manner.
- Relevant tertiary qualification or relevant equivalent experience in leading strategy development and/or business planning
- Strong analytical and commercial skills including proven experience in business planning and reporting.
- Experience with problem-solving and decision analysis.
