**Our client**
Our client has a group of companies working together as a one-stop shop that covers employment, training, health care, real estate and media organisations.
Our client's current marketing team has been the driving force behind their recent success. After over-achieving quarterly targets for the last four years, our client is looking for a Marketing Manager to lead them to achieve their future plans.
Our client is currently looking for Marketing Manager to work in their Sydney head office with the right attitude, knowledge, experience, and skills to be part of their team that drives strategy implementation across all business operations.
Reporting to the CEO, this role is responsible for taking the lead in developing and executing comprehensive brand awareness and lead generation campaigns across traditional and digital channels.
With a direct internal report and budget control, you will have complete responsibility for the strategies that not only deliver against brand growth and product-specific lead generation objectives but work alongside sales as they turn marketing-generated conversations into new customers.
We are looking for someone who is data-driven and commercial in nature, with proven experience driving business growth. On offer is an autonomous role with full accountability and the ability to define your own career path in a highly engaging department and business.
**About the role**
- Creating own and developing marketing strategies and implementing it that will accelerate companies growth
- Responsible for all areas of growth marketing, including website, paid media, automation, conversion, optimisation and campaigns.
- Management of campaign execution to ensure their marketing calendar and strategy are achieved.
- Responsible for the strategic and commercial direction of the sales and marketing functions
- Work alongside the content manager to drive SEO performance and deliver organic campaigns.
- Own paid campaigns across multiple channels to drive customer engagement and retention while providing a strong return on investment and efficient customer acquisition cost (CAC).
- Analyse all aspects of the conversion funnel, mobile and web traffic, and paid campaigns to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to maximise these opportunities.
- Work alongside the sales team to derive insights and opportunities across the lead conversion funnels.
- Collaborate with business leaders to influence product direction and execute growth strategies.
- Generate weekly and monthly reporting for all major metrics, goal tracking, revenue tracking, and other paid search KPIs.
**About you**
- Relevant qualifications and training in digital, marketing, or another relevant field.
- At least three years experience in B2B & B2C growth marketing, with strengths in digital channel management and nurture programs.
- Proven experience creating and delivering digital strategy and tactical plans for always-on channels and segmented campaigns.
- Proven track record of leading, ideating and executing growth initiatives.
- Demonstrated ability to use data to drive action.
- Experience in CRM, database management/lifecycle management and nurture programs.
- Demonstrated experience in SEO, SEM, CRO, Remarketing, ROI/ROAS, Analytics and CRM reporting.
- Desire to work within a sales and marketing environment where you will be involved from awareness to lead generation and customer conversion.
