**Marketing Specialist**

Working within our Marketing Team, your primary role will be to support the Marketing and Special Projects Manager in executing marketing strategies and managing special projects across the company’s operations. This role involves a combination of administrative duties, creative tasks and project management support.

**Key Responsibilities include**:
Assist in the planning, coordination and execution of marketing campaigns across multiple platforms

Support the creation and development of marketing materials including copywriting, graphics coordination, image sourcing and content scheduling

Conduct regular market and competitor research and analysis

Work closely with the sales teams to ensure they have the tools required for their marketing activities

Manage the day-to-day operations of special projects, ensuring timelines and deliverables are met

Assist in monitoring and reporting on the performance of marketing activities

Create, build and maintain the company’s social media accounts, ensuring consistent brand messaging

Assist in organizing and coordinating company shoots, filming, events, launches, or other promotional activities

Provide administrative support to the Marketing and Special Projects Manager

**Your Sweet Spots **_(About You)_
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing/communications, or a related field
- Proven experience in marketing, social media management, or related fields.
- Top-notch written and verbal communication skills
- A wizard with social media platforms and marketing tools
- Super organized with eagle eyes for detail, and the knack for juggling multiple tasks like a pro.
- A creative thinker with a knack for problem-solving, and a keen interest in staying ahead of industry trends.
- Excellent organizational skills, time management and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks at one time
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fun, fast-paced environment

Pay: $65,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Public holidays

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)
