Oz Wood (Australia) Pty Ltd was established in 2010, and the company is now operating in Auburn NSW. Specialized in timber flooring, our main business is to sell flooring products which are mainly imported from overseas. We are 100% Australian owned and with major growth plans ahead we are looking to increase our size in the next couple of years and are looking for high performing motivated people to join us to help drive our successes. If you are an experienced and talented Marketing Specialist, this could be your opportunity to join us.

**The Responsibilities**:

- Identify market opportunities and advise on the development, coordination and implementation of plans promoting the company's products;
- Determine the market for new products and identify and develop market opportunities;
- Develop promotion strategies for different sales channels;
- Drafting and developing marketing plans, advertising, direct marketing and relevant campaigns;
- Writing and proofreading marketing copy for both online and print campaigns
- Develop new and enhance existing business relationships with local and overseas suppliers;
- Initiate strategic partnerships with e-commerce platforms;
- Keep up with e-commerce marketing trends and advise on new channels and approaches to adopt;
- Evaluate and reviewing marketing campaigns and report to management.

**Key requirements**:

- Tertiary qualifications in marketing, business or related field
- English and Mandarin bilingual language skills are essential
- Minimum 1 year experience in a marketing role;
- Great attention to detail
- Effective communication skills
- Motivated, punctual and reliable
- Co-operative Team worker is a must

**To Apply**

Pay: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
