We have a great opportunity for an experienced Project/Case officer to join a fantastic Member based organisation based in Sydney CBD. This is an exciting and challenging time to support and provide continuous improvement to case management and administration team.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Scheduling and monitoring interviews, communications with employers and regulators, monitoring of OTP training and supervised practice, and reconsideration and review of assessment decisions
- Provide secretariat support to OTP Committees. Such as: Committee agendas, minutes, providing draft papers and briefings for the EO and Senior EO
- Develop effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders and responding to their enquires, included escalated correspondence, feedback and complaints
- Contribute to projects and initiatives for the review and continuous improvement of OTP assessment procedures and processes, documentation and communication, including the company website

**About you**:

- Proven experience in case management and/or project management role
- proven experience working within the Health/Education space
- Strong problem-solving, analytical and evaluation skills
- Certificate IV or Diploma of Business Administration or demonstrated equivalent experience, knowledge and skills (desirable)
