- Guaranteed Minimum 20 hours per week
- Are you a passionate, enthusiastic Customer Relations Representative wanting to help make a difference in the lives of people with mental health challenges?
- We are seeking a dynamic individual for an ongoing position with a guaranteed 20 hours a week and extra hours available by negotiation. This role is SCHADS Level 2 and will be based at one of our three metro sites (Mile End, Christies Beach, Elizabeth)

- Skylight Programs deliver a range of recovery-oriented community mental health services by working alongside people experiencing mental illness, family and friends who care for them, and the broader general South Australian community.

- Exceptional communication skills including verbal, written and interpersonal.
- Strong time management and organisational skills with the ability to juggle multiple tasks.
- Demonstrated ability to embrace change and strive for continuous improvement.
- A proven customer centric attitude.
- Customer service skills and experience.
- Knowledge of Customer Relationship Management databases would be advantageous.
- DHS Working With Children Check and NDIS Worker Check.
