**What’s the role?**

**About the role?**

+ Provide support over phone and webchat to our customers about their account and our products.

+ Display care and acknowledgement of customers thoughts and concerns making them feel heard and understood

+ Confidently and positively talk customers through what we can do for them

+ Give the customer product options and educate to enhance the value they get from us

+ Work efficiently through every interaction using Salesforce to accurately transact for the customer

+ Work towards KPIs and goals focusing on our Customer Advocacy program

+ The contact centre is open Mon-Fri 6.30am to 5.30pm with an earlier finish on the weekend. Your hours will be rostered within these times.
