Smart Energy is seeking a Junior Legal/Compliance Manager in a newly created full-time Permanent full-time position in our Byron Bay HQ Bring your analytical prowess to drive compliance integration within our business strategy.
- Spearhead the management of the company’s business risk matrix, aligning with the broader company strategy and goals.
- Lead critical compliance domains including employment, Fair Work, payroll tax, sales, installations, customer areas and data privacy.
- Drive continuous improvement and meticulous process documentation in key compliance areas.
- Influence positive change and uphold the integrity of customer service outcomes.

- **Process Perfection**:Focus on documenting and improving compliance-related processes, ensuring clarity and efficiency across the board.

**About You**:
Do you have a Bachelor's Degree in Management, Law, Commerce, or a related field? Have you worked in a compliance-focused role, demonstrating success in integrating compliance with business strategy?
