**About Us**

The Cleaning Company is a fast-growing and dynamic provider of professional cleaning services, known for our high standards, reliability, and strong client relationships. With operations spanning Byron Bay, the Gold Coast, and Sydney, we specialise in commercial, residential, Airbnb, and builders cleaning.

We are seeking an experienced and driven **General Manager** to lead our operations, streamline systems, and help take the company to the next level.

**The Role**

As General Manager, you’ll oversee the day-to-day running of the business, manage team leaders and cleaners, ensure quality control, and drive growth through efficient systems and client satisfaction. This is a hands-on leadership role with real impact and plenty of growth potential.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Oversee and optimise daily operations across multiple regions
- Lead recruitment, training, and performance management
- Build strong relationships with clients and subcontractors
- Ensure compliance with all legal, safety, and HR standards
- Work closely with the Director on strategy, budgets, and reporting
- Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency

**What We’re Looking For**
- 5+ years in operations or general management, ideally in services or trades
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Experience managing teams, contractors, or casual workforces
- Solid understanding of scheduling, payroll, and compliance
- Tech-savvy with comfort using job tracking and invoicing platforms
- Based in or willing to relocate to the Northern Rivers (Byron area)

Pay: $160,000.00 - $190,000.00 per year
