What do you need to succeed in the role:
- People Leadership - Ability to elevate performance through people leadership and management.- Customer First - Drive a resident centred culture through engagement and consultation.- Excellence in Services and Community - elevate social connection, lifestyle, and wellbeing within your village.- Financial Acumen - Drive to exceed financial performance targets of occupancy rates, and operational expenditure through your analysis and monitoring. Influence the capital work program to meet the expectation and requirements in the village.- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders - to deliver on customer service promise and promote and enable services that enrich the lives of our veterans and residents.
What are we looking for:
- Previous experience in customer service environment (retirement village, property services, hospitality, health, welfare, social and aged care services).- Tertiary qualifications that could be in Business Administration and or above service industries advantageous.- Knowledge of compliance requirements e.g. Retirement Villages Legislation and or willingness to learn.- Commitment to ongoing learning and development with participation in Leadership and Retirement Living training programs.- Ambition to grow with the business, to step up and support other villages to cover leave gaps short and longer term as required- Willingness to undergo key personnel checks such as insolvency check, NDIS Workers Screening checks etc.- Australian Working rights.
