**OPERATIONS & PROJECTS ADMINISTRATOR - JOINERY & RENOVATIONS**

**Part-time or Full-time opportunity - Leongatha, Victoria based. **This position works at the office a minimum of 4 days, 30 hours per week - to be negotiated with successful applicant.

Our family-owned and operated business is seeking a driven, on-point and meticulous business professional to support management and operations. With established processes and systems, plus exciting strategic plans, backed by a passionate and experienced small team, there are opportunities to learn, progress and build your future with our on-the-move company.

The successful applicant will be responsible for administering the day-to-day operations, including overseeing a wide variety of projects, from bespoke high-end cabinetry and whole-house fit-outs for new builds and renovations.

Key responsibilities include administering our cloud-based, paperless, project (workflow) management system and people (_stakeholder_) coordination, as well as office and business administration. A passion for professionalism and solid background in processes and systems administration is essential as the position is responsible for the complex coordination of stakeholders, operations and logistics.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 30-40 per week

**Salary**: From $28.00 per hour
