As a Compliance Manager within our Facilities Management team, you'll play a key role in ensuring compliance with the Department of Education Schools Contract.

You'll provide leadership to a team of Operational Managers while ensuring contract compliance and fostering a positive, supportive culture.
- In this role, you’ll make a positive impact by:_
- Mentoring and assisting Operational Managers/Supervisors to meet weekly KPIs
- Overseeing contract compliance in line with monthly reporting and contractual obligations
- Managing and reviewing estimates, quotes, and higher-value scopes
- Leading the performance review process for Operational Managers and contractors
- Handling escalations and supporting the team to meet compliance requirements
- Managing specialist subcontractor compliance and live portal updates

- To be successful in this role, you’ll have:_
- Proven leadership skills and experience in managing effective teams
- Strong relationship-building abilities with senior clients and stakeholders
- Experience handling compliance for large contracts and overseeing subcontractors
- A minimum of 2 years’ experience in managing contractors and site complianc
- Strong presentation and continuous improvement skills
- Relevant qualifications or equivalent experience
