About us

Property Compliance Victoria was founded with the purpose to support the real estate community to effectively implement the legislated minimum standards for rental properties across Victoria. We have a firm belief that every rental property in Victoria should be certified to meet the new mandated minimum standards, prior to any tenancy being undertaken. At Property Compliance Victoria, we strive to support the real estate community through the implementation of services designed to make the implementation of legislated minimum standards for rental properties across Victoria easy and hassle free. Property Compliance Victoria takes the hassle and risk out of ensuring the properties meet the legislated minimum standards before renters enter a lease. Our team of highly trained property auditors help property owners to assess each property and provide the legal documentation required to ensure adherence to the legislated minimum standards, or a plan to remediate any identified issues.

Qualifications & experience

  • The ideal candidate will have real estate industry, property management or aligned industry experience. You will have a proven ability to manage and maintain an outward bound telephone prospecting campaign. You will be a sales professional who is comfortable presenting to individuals and groups.

Tasks & responsibilities

  • Telephone Prospecting - We have a well-developed and highly qualified prospect list that you will use to reach out to prospects to secure face to face and online sales meetings. You will be supported by a structured marketing campaign designed to raise brand awareness and generate qualified leads.
  • Face to Face Sales - Our value proposition is simple and easily understood by our target audience - Property Managers & Real Estate Directors. Our service is unique and mandated by legislation. Our client acquisition rate per face-to-face appointment is close to 80%.
  • Facilitating Education Sessions - We have a responsibility to ensure that our target audience understands the legislation and their obligations. We also ensure that our clients remain informed as to changes in the legislation. The role therefore requires that you facilitate training for our clients.
  • Account Management - You will be working with some of the largest brands in the real estate industry and our service is recurring by nature. The role requires that you maintain contact with your account portfolio and orchestrate activities designed to add value to the client relationships.
  • Reporting - You will be required to maintain all client contact records via our CRM (Salesforce) and to report to the Sales Director on a weekly basis. Similarly, you will generate reports for clients and present those reports on a regular basis.

  • Generous base salary, uncapped commissions and bonus scheme, toll account and company phone.
  • You will be required to attend the office 3 days per week (flexible with start times to assist with traffic EG: Start 8am and head home 4pm) unless sales meetings dictate that you are in the field. Working from home arrangements are flexible and are considered based on overall performance.
