**Learning and Development Manager**

**Seeking a Learning and Development Manager for an 8 month fixed term Contract. 3 days per week. Flexibility can be based anywhere in Australia. Bring your Fur Baby to work.**

**About the Role**

This role is responsible for working professionally with employees at all levels across the organisation and liaising with relevant internal and external stakeholders. So strong stakeholder management skills are essential.

You will focus on e-learning module design & maintenance, facilitation of leadership programs, Induction, program architecture, data reporting & LMS governance

You must flourish in working in a high
- volume, fast-paced environment where multi-tasking and prioritizing is of paramount importance.

**Experience and Qualifications**
- Proven experience in a similar role
- Experience managing cross functional and multi-stakeholder projects
- Holds a DISC certified trainer qualification
- Experienced in developing learning content in Articulate 360 or other related e-learning design tools
- Experience using design tools and video editing software such as Canva, Powtoon and Camtasia is highly regarded
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Learning Management Systems (LMS)
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to build rapport with employees and stakeholders
- Can work independently, is highly agile and intuitive
- Tertiary qualification in HR, Education, Business or a related field
- Experience in the Veterinary Industry is highly desirable, but not essential
