Customer Service Officer

**About The Role**:
**ARC (The Australian Reinforcing Company)**, is currently seeking a** Customer Service Officer** to join our tight-knit team at the **Gold Coast**branch where you will be working closely with sales and operations to deliver an outstanding customer experience.

This position would be a suitable opportunity for someone looking to build on their existing customer and sales experience.

This branch operates Monday to Friday from 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM, with shift hours varying within this timeframe.

Your responsibilities:

- Trouble shooting customer sales queries and answering any questions
- Upselling and providing quotes to customers
- Sales data entry, general invoicing, administration and purchasing

We are looking for someone who is customer service focused, has a high attention to detail and thrives working in a fast-paced environment.

You will also have:

- Experience in a similar customer service role
- The ability to build relationships with a diverse range of clients
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- A can-do attitude and a strong desire to learn and develop your skillset
- Team player and can multi-task well
