Werribee is a thriving western hub, set on the Werribee river and fixed between Melbourne and Geelong, and is known for its rich history, vibrant arts and culture scene and stunning parklands. It offers a range of transport options - including a train station just 750m from Ingenia Federation Werribee’s entrance - making it easy to get out and explore the local area.

**About the role**

We are looking for a Guest Experience Officer to join our Holiday Park team. This role will be critical in supporting a seamless front of house experience, ensuring positive and engaging interactions with our guests. This is a casual position with more hours to be picked up during peak season.

**Responsibilities**
- Welcome every guest to Ingenia Holidays, explaining the park / resort, surrounding area, guest amenities and park activities
- Actively sell and promote Ingenia Holidays as the ideal holiday destination by sharing the unique story of your park
- Direct guest check in and check out and attend to general receptionist duties following correct procedures
- Ensure high level of customer service is maintained at all times
- Contact housekeeping or maintenance staff when residents/guests report problems

**About You**
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Previous experience in a similar role / industry
- Computer literate using Microsoft Suite and booking software
- Passionate about the tourism industry with a strong sales ability
- Team player, strong attention to detail and well organised worker
