**Respiratory and Sleep Disorders Outpatient Administrative Assistant**

We are a team committed to working with all stakeholders to ensure effective and efficient delivery of services to a diverse population of patients. The Respiratory and Sleep Medicine Department administrative team enjoys a collaborative working environment where staff enjoy a great place to work and where the department meets patient expectations as a great place to receive care.
**Your new role**:
The Respiratory and Sleep Medicine department is seeking an Administrative Assistant for a fixed term period starting as soon as possible through to December of 2025. Reporting to the Administrative Team Leader, the Administrative Assistant is a key member of the customer service team and is responsible for the end-to-end administrative management of the patient's outpatient episode of care, including but not limited to
- Referral management
- Appointment scheduling
- Waitlist management and auditing
- Phone, online and health hub enquiries
- Front desk reception duties

- You have acute hospital experience with a collaborative working style
- You like to work autonomously and as part of a team
- You have effective communication skills and a passion for continued professional development.
