Passion for PC hardware isn't just someone who likes gaming and has bought a good setup. It's someone who often listens to Gamers Nexus, JaysTwoCents, Linus Tech Tips, Jarrods Tech or Gamer Meld because they are genuinely interested. And rather than just taking in all the information - theyhave an opinion on which things they agree or don't agree with.

The role will require you to:

- Provide great PC hardware knowledge to customers so they can buy their ideal setup
- Look to improve processes and tools that the team have at their disposal to help you work smarter rather than harder
- Problem solve and be resourceful. You will come across many varied situations that no one else will be able to give you the answer. It might be the first and only time a certain question gets asked or a certain circumstance happens. It will be up to you to think about the best way to handle situations while taking all stakeholders (Customer, Business and Team members) into account.
- Be positive We love what we do and are passionate about it. It's fast paced and many problems to solve.

**Salary**: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
