This role would be ideal for an experienced Safety professional who is looking to take the next step in their career. The role requires business travel on a weekly basis to remote sites.

Reporting directly to the General Manager - Operations, you will be directly accountable for HSE deliverables on one of Sodexo's dedicated client portfolios. You will work with your team of Advisors closely who work remotely across 3-4 sites to support HSE within site operations to deliver on HSE objectives, strategies and accountabilities for the provision of services. You will act as a key contact for the operational team, site based HSE Advisors and client in regard to health, safety and environmental improvements, be focused on continuous improvement and drive strategies and initiatives to aid in the prevention of incidents.

- A tertiary qualification in a health and safety related discipline is essential.
- Handling conversations with confidence and demonstrating a high level of interpersonal skills.
- Time management and the skill of managing a wide range of stakeholders across the business, are all crucial to success in this position.
- You will bring a mindset focused on proactive safety management, with an emphasis on HSE assurance and lead indicator performance and relish leveraging innovation and industry best practice, to improve HSE performance.
