The successful applicant will require proven experience working on CLC Gate 0 activities and a strong understanding of capability definition documentation within a Defence environment.

In this role you will be responsible for ensuring that program milestones are achieved including the delivery of the Joint Capability Needs Statement to support the definition of new and changed ADF capabilities.

Required skills
- Strong Defence background, with understanding of the Project Development Gate 0 artefacts
- Relevant qualifications with an engineering background
- Prior CDD experience
- Excellent analytical skills
- High quality writing skills
- Ability to work in critical working environments with the ability to meet deadlines
- Traceable ADF capability development domain experience
- Air Combat Domain experience - high desirable
