You will collaborate closely with senior leadership to manage documentation, coordinate procurement activities, support contract negotiations, and contribute to strategic planning and risk management.

  • Support the Integrated Project Manager in managing scope, schedule, and budget to ensure timely delivery of capability.
  • Assist in drafting and reviewing solicitation documents, including Statements of Work and Conditions of Tender.
  • Participate in tender evaluations, contract negotiations, and stakeholder engagements.
  • Contribute to risk workshops and mitigation planning to support successful project outcomes.
  • Prepare executive-level reports and presentations to inform decision-making.
  • Maintain accurate progress reporting and documentation according to Defence standards.
