Defence Capability Transition Specialist

Our goal is to ensure seamless continuity of critical Defence capabilities during transition phases.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage complex Defence systems transitions to minimize disruption to ongoing operations.
  • Coordinate with Industry stakeholders to develop and implement effective transition strategies.
  • Develop and deliver required transition certificates for equipment.
  • Convene and conduct stakeholder working groups to drive project progress.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years' experience in Transition or relevant Defence Project management.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with ability to influence Contractors, ADF stakeholders, and Project personnel.
  • Experience in C2 Systems, FMS Procurement, and Logistics Management highly desirable.

Expected Outcomes:

  • Successful completion of transition projects, ensuring delivery of required outcomes.
  • Development and implementation of effective transition plans, minimizing risk and disruption.
