**About the role**:
Due to an internal promotion, Endeavour Foundation are seeking a Head of Safety and Wellbeing will lead the development, implementation and continuous growth of a contemporary and innovative safety and wellbeing strategy that positions Endeavour Foundation to achieve best practice outcomes and improve the health, safety, and wellbeing of our people.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead the development and effective implementation of an organisational wide safety and wellbeing strategic framework which integrates the organisation's approach to physical, psychological, and psychosocial health and wellbeing
- Drive an integrated, transformational and leading approach to Safety and Wellbeing leadership across the organisation that supports the strategic priorities of the organisation and champions the client and employee experience.
- Drive the design, review and implementation of psychological and physical health and wellbeing frameworks and activities to manage emerging risks.
- Ensure the Safety and Wellbeing suite of policies and procedures and subsequent systems meet the organisations legislative requirements.
- Oversee and facilitate Endeavour Foundation’s Emergency Response Management processes.
- Partner with Group and Area Safety Improvement Committees (ASIC’s) ensuring effective engagement, consultation and communication occurs to empower regional safety initiatives and enable continuous improvement.
- Drive diversity and inclusion as well as performance and retention of team members.

**What you will bring to the role**:

- A relevant tertiary qualification or equivalent level of knowledge gained through any other combination of education and experience.
- Post Graduate qualification in WHS (desirable).
- Accredited in Root Cause analysis tools i.e., Taproot/ICAM.
- Extensive safety and wellbeing leadership experience at a tactical and strategic level.
- Demonstrated experience collaborating with stakeholders to develop and implement safety and wellbeing strategies and initiatives to enhance the organisations safety and wellbeing performance.
- Demonstrated success in implementing safety and wellbeing systems, policies, education programs and tools across multi-faceted organisations.
- Extensive safety and wellbeing leadership experience at a tactical and strategic level.
- Intuitive interpersonal and communication skills to build effective relationships and liaise across all levels of the organisation.
