**The Position**

We are currently seeking a Travel and Accommodation Coordinator to join our support team based in our head office in Brisbane on a fixed term contract until 31st July 2026. You will join our growing team who are dedicated to providing accommodation booking solutions for our remote locations across Australia.

**Key duties**
- Booking travel and accommodation requests for our customers across various FIFO rosters
- Liaising with relevant travel and accommodation stakeholders not limited to airport and camp management
- Data entry of customer information into multi-platform software
- Providing exceptional customer service to our customers and clients

**The Person**
- Previous experience working within the travel and accommodation industry is essential
- Experience booking and coordinating FIFO travel is highly regarded
- Experience using INX, SAMs, Avantik, Service Now or Serko
- Previous experience in a facilities management service environment highly regarded
- Ability to work flexible hours including early mornings, late evenings and weekends on a rotating roster
- Good diagnostic skills and the ability to problem solve
- Strong verbal and written communication
