C-Suite Partners are very privileged to be working with one of the country's fastest growing healthcare companies to appoint a new Chief Financial Officer.

Reporting to the Group CEO, the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) will be the key strategic adviser to the CEO and Board on commercial and financial topics.

**Key Requirements**:

- Previous executive experience in CFO position in large complex organisations (preference for multisite businesses and companies with several business units / divisions) that have scaled significantly nationally or internationally
- Previous experience with Private Equity
- Demonstrated experience in advanced business planning
- Broad depth of functional expertise in Finance and Commerce
- Highly developed business and commercial acumen
- Innovative in commercial strategy and execution
- Energy to move at speed with a very fast growing business
- Exceptional interpersonal, communication, influencing and negotiation skills with a strong drive for results
- Ability to meet key leadership success criteria
- Ability to manage a national portfolio of operations
- Ability to work in collaboration with other executive team members & others across the organisation as required

**Background & Qualifications**:

- Tertiary Qualifications in Finance, Accounting or Economics
- CPA Qualifications, desirable
- Background in healthcare is an advantage, but not essential
