**Your new company**

The largest, privately owned WA provider with long-standing experience in its industry. They have an abiding commitment to provide the community with the best quality service and is looking for a Payroll Lead with the same vision and values to join their team

**Your new role**
- Leading a team of three payroll officers
- Fortnightly end to end payroll for 1400 employees
- 9 Award and EBAs
- Prepare, process and monitor payroll to ensure timely and accurate payments to employees, as well as salary packaging, superannuation, taxation and other payments to audit standard ensuring documentation of systems and procedures meet statutory requirements
- Minimise errors, manual pays and other related payment anomalies such as over and under payments
- Oversee the accurate and timely provision of labour costing, reporting, and legislative reporting and assist with other related reporting as required
- Ensure compliance with employment, superannuation and taxation legislation

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Significant senior payroll or lead experience
- Chris21 or DayForce System experience is advantageous
- Significant experience in the implementation of automated payroll processing systems or time and attendance systems is highly desirable
