Training Coordinator

**Job Description**:
The purpose of this role is to provide a great customer experience, ensuring training material is produced and delivered at a high standard with efficiency and accuracy for the wholesale training and development segment. This role incorporates our multiple brands including all under the Symbio Telco As A Service (TaaS) Business Unit. These customers will be located across several locations.

**What you’ll do as a Training Coordinator**:

- Conduct Service Provider training for both new and existing Service Providers across all TaaS brands.
- Create and keep onboarding videos and training videos and content up to date
- Training materials - Create new training manuals for new products and services
- Ensure existing training manuals are kept up to date with any new features and settings
- Update Wholesale training and management documents
- Provide timely and effective support to all customer enquiries
- Provide updates on activity, planning and delivery.
- Attend to assigned projects

**Qualifications**:
**What you'll need to succeed**:

- Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar role.
- 3+ years Telco Customer Service experience highly desirable
- Cert IV in Training & Assessment or higher would be advantageous
- Experience with delivery of online learning and online examinations using Moodle or equivalent
- Experience in producing videos with Camtasia or similar
- An aptitude to learn new Products and services with an interest in technology
- Exceptional organisation and communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Microsoft PowerPoint and Microsoft Excel
- Experience in building and maintaining e-learning programs
- Demonstrated experience in high level customer service
- Proactive, can-do attitude
