We are looking for a Transition to Operations Specialist for one of our clients in Perth, Australia.

**Short Description**:
Suppose your passion is to work with planning, coordinating, and facilitating meetings and workshops relating to Transition to Ops. Then this role is for you.

**Skills and Experience Required**:
Transition to Operations Specialist with mining domain experience.
- Experience in Transition to Operations processes and general Operations readiness experience is essential.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to negotiate and communicate with clients, teams and other stakeholders in technical and non-technical language.
- Business acumen and the ability to establish and maintain good working relationships.
- Well versed in planning, coordinating, and facilitating meetings and workshops relating to Transition to Ops.

**Mandatory Skills and Qualifications**:

- A Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant discipline is mandatory.
- Experience of managing Transition to Operations processes in the mining domain.

Pay: $55,419.68 - $114,000.00 per year

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)
