**Position**:
We are looking for a motivated, and hardworking individual to join us as _**Operations Specialist **_on a full-time basis.

**About the role**:
We are looking for an Operations Specialist to join our team in Perth, W.A.

**Duties & Responsibilities.**
- End to End responsibility for Rental Agreement processing, and associated document control
- Coordination of all Operations Related logistics, including.
- Arranging Local, Domestic and International Freight as and when required
- Ensuring all Freight costs are captured, and re-charge if necessary.
- Liaising with Customs Brokers for any International Shipments
- Asset Administration, including.
- Setting up new Rental Assets in ERP System
- Document Control for new Rental Assets
- Quality Control for new Rental Assets
- IRS / Return Processing & Filing
- Operations Focused Data Entry

**Qualification & Experience**:

- Tertiary Education in Oil & Gas related discipline (preferred, not Mandatory)
- Formal Training in Advance MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Knowledge of Drilling Equipment and Processes
- Experience in an Operation’s setting
- Experience with Document Control in a Technical Environment
- Experience arranging and coordinating Field Personnel
- Experience utilizing ERP Systems to track Assets

**Salary**: $55,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
