My client is a market leader within the Automotive Aftermarket Electrical & Engine Systems Industry. Their success has come from a dedication to its trade customers and going the extra step to make sure that their needs are covered. They are seeking an experienced and friendly **Internal Sales | Customer Service | Automotive Parts Interpreter** to join their team in Dandenong.
- Monday - Friday
- Permanent Role
- 38 Hour week
- $60K-$70K + Super (Depending on experience)

**Key Responsibilities**
- Provide exceptional customer service to efficiently take branch sales
- Respond to phone calls, assisting customers & account managers to optimise sales
- Process invoices & credits as required
- Maintain goods, pallet racking & shelving - including undertaking stock counts when required
- Pick/Pack when required

**Skills & Experience**
- Excellent written & verbal communication
- Driven individual with ability to learn and constantly adapt in high volume environments
- Customer Service focused
- Automotive electrical parts sales experience _(desirable)_
- Medical, Drug & Alcohol testing

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $55,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
