**The Role**:
This Government is seeking a Change & Communications Lead to prepare the change and adoption strategy for an ongoing integration project.

**The Responsilities**:

- Conducting business impact assessments to identify areas of change to be addressed and applicable actions.
- Prepare the change and adoption strategy, while managing communication impacts and requirements for the organisation.
- Develop a range of change and communications collateral including presentations and knowledge content.
- Develop various communication tools and packs including but not limited to communication plan on a page and communication schedule.

**Skills & Experience Required**:

- A minimum 5 years experience in the change management domain.
- Experience in preparation of change and adoption strategy that achieved efficiency in service delivery and realised sustained service improvement.
- Experience managing communication impacts and requirements including communications with project stakeholders.
- Certification or formal qualifications in Change Management (i.e., CCMP, CMS, PROSCI) will be highly regarded.
- Experience in the Victorian Public Health Sector is desirable.
