**The Opportunity**:
The Enterprise Network Modernisation Program (ENMP) /OneSKY Dependency and Delivery team are responsible for ensuring network requirements from OneSKY for Civil/Military Air Traffic Management System (CMATS) are delivered.

As an ENMP/OneSKY Project Coordinator, you will adhere to relevant frameworks, work for the ENMP PMO assigned to projects as required, initially focused on the coordination and support the delivery of Terminal Radar Project activities which will convert radars at 13 sites to internet protocol to enable integration with CMATS.

**What your day will look like**:

- Providing day to day support and coordination to the Project Manager, being responsive to the Project Manager's needs and priorities. Areas include deliverable approvals, communications, meetings, forums, and workshops.
- Providing financial management and coordination on behalf of the project
- Lead and coordinate project information management processes and procedures.
- Develop and communicate weekly updates for the internal team.
- Supporting the ENMP/OneSKY Project Manager to successfully undertake the role by supporting the following activities:

- Stakeholder analysis.
- Develop templates for future communications.
- Coordinate stakeholder meetings and workshops.
- Coordinate travel.
- Technical, vendor and engineering staff coordination.
- Communication registers and other logs.
- Manage project administration processes including HR, team on-boarding and off-boarding, and associated approvals.
- Undertaking other duties assigned by the ENMP/OneSKY Project Manager that contributes to the high-performance function of the Project.
- Note: the role may require some travel, across Canberra, Melbourne, and Brisbane

**Skills/experience required**:

- Minimum 2 years' experience working in a coordination role - ideally relating to people and technology
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a proven ability to communicate with ICT and business stake holders (internal or external) and to escalate issues appropriately.
- Demonstrable experience with regard to interpersonal, consultative, organisational and facilitation skills
- Demonstrable experience engaging with geologically diverse project teams
- High attention to detail and capable of delivering a high level of accuracy desirable
- Understanding of Project Management and Delivery
- Proficient working with Microsoft Office Suite
- Demonstrable experience regarding analytical thinking and problem solving

**Eligibility**:

- Australian Citizens eligible for a Baseline Security Clearance

- $650/day inc Super or ex GST
