The Participant Experience Response Coordinator shall be responsible for providing support and advice to participants and non-participants across all NDIS sites as well as assist in being part of a team that answers high volume incoming telephone calls and face to face enquiries.

**To be successful, you will require;**
- Call Centre experience
- A current Working with Children Check
