About the role:
As the Coordinator - Asset Management & Investment Planning you will be responsible for providing governance over the Investment Planning process at AGL Macquarie through the development and optimisation of 5 year and Whole of Life capital plans. You will also participate and/or provide guidance on maintenance strategy development, change management, business case development and post investment reviews for capital projects. You will work with a variety of stakeholders including Engineering, Maintenance, Major Outages, Corporate teams, Finance and external stakeholders. Specific responsibilities include:

- Ensure that Health, Safety and Environment systems and goals are adhered to
- Be site champion of AGL Macquarie’s Risk Management and Investment Planning tools
- Continuous improvement of existing processes and documentation

About You:

- Technical and financial knowledge of asset management and operations within large scale assets.
- A passion for analysis and development of business cases
- An understanding and commitment to HSE requirements on site
- A commitment to quality outcomes for yourself and the greater team
- Demonstrate authenticity, honesty and integrity
- Deliver on commitments and hold others to the same standards

What you bring to the table:

- knowledge of asset management and Capex planning
- Relevant Engineering or trade qualifications
- Advanced analytical and data management skills
- Advanced communication, interpersonal and influencing skills
- An understanding of ISO 55000 and ISO 31000 principles
- Capital planning experience for large scale assets (desirable)
