**What's on offer?**

As part of the Drafting Leadership Team you will work across Knockdown Rebuild (KDRB) projects.

Your role includes allocation of Team workflow, coordination of drafting resources, supporting, coaching and managing the KDRB Drafting Team to document and deliver a range of products and services including Working Drawings.

Responsibilities include:

- Oversee the documentation of all stage of Working Drawings
- Ensure the KDRB Drafting Team meet KPI's and Quality Control
- Ensure compliance with regulations, policies and directives
- Manage workflow and Resources
- Weekly workflow meetings
- Maintain delivery forecasts and reports
- Support team members’ to develop skills and standards

**What can you bring?**

You will be a highly experienced Draftsperson with an excellent understanding of Archicad and a passion for people leadership and professional development.

Your resume will also display:

- Tertiary Drafting or relevant design qualification
- Extensive experience as an ArchiCad draftsperson
- Ability to deliver excellent quality documentation to deadlines
- Technical knowledge of construction methods, BCA and Rescode
- Accuracy, neatness, and patience
