**What's on offer?**

As the Production KDRB and Developments Drafting Manager, you will lead the team and ensure the Drafting team collaborates with the Sales, Operations and Building teams.

As a leader you will proactively engage with internal departments to seek feedback and proactively develop continuous improvement plans.

Key responsibilities include:

- Support the KDRB and Developments Production Drafting Function
- Manage and develop workflow capability of onshore and offshore teams
- Partner with Retail, Operations and Building teams
- Ensure best practice production drafting procedure
- Communicate and coach stakeholders to enhance technical capability
