Currently seeking a Delivery Manager to join their busy team for a permanent assignment. As the Delivery Manager, you will lead and direct enterprise-wide projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget. You'll establish and oversee project governance frameworks, provide expert advice to stakeholders, and prepare complex project-related documentation. Additionally, you'll coordinate project finalization and develop communication strategies for successful project outcomes.

**About the role**:

- Lead and direct enterprise-wide projects, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.
- Establish and oversee project governance frameworks for strategic focus and operational efficiency.
- Provide expert advice to stakeholders and prepare complex project-related documentation.
- Coordinate project finalization and implement strategies for a smooth transition to business-as-usual.
- Develop communication strategies to measure and achieve project outcomes.

**About you**:

- Prince2 or Agile qualifications.
- Experience in using project management tools (e.g., JIRA, etc.).
- Practical experience in benefits realization plans for systems projects.
- Familiarity with the Queensland Government Project Assessment Frameworks (PAF).
- Ability to navigate ambiguity, lead change, and champion innovative ideas and solutions.
- Proven track record of delivering projects on time, on budget, and fit for purpose.
