Managing contractors
Setting, monitoring and maintaining standards in HSE and Quality among contractors.
Experience managing inspect and test plans.
Able to interpret drawings and confirm that build is proceeding to scope and specification.
Experience in maintaining required progress reports and build documents.

Electrical Supervisor and Mechanical Supervisor
**Background**:
Trades based ( Concrete, Carpenter, Bricklayer)
10 years in construction at a 'œmanagement' level so we are talking Foreman, Supervisor or Manager (smaller scale project)
Trades qualified with experience working on projects.
May suit degree or diploma qualified person with project experience (Engineer)
