We are looking for a **Marketing Coordinator** based in **Sydney CBD**. **The Role**: An exciting opportunity has become available for a **Marketing Coordinator **to join the Clarins team. Reporting to the Brand Manager, you will be responsible for the coordination of all promotions and launches, in the Makeup and Seasonal Promotions categories. This role includes the associated planning, communication, and administration duties, imperative for successful implementation of the Clarins ANZ marketing strategy. **What You’ll Do**: In a collaborative environment, you will assist with bringing to life marketing campaigns for our Skincare, Makeup and Gift Programs, along with assisting the team to achieve the following deliverables. - Oversee coordination of the local promotional development process i.e codes, BOM, routing, pricing, name and copy, packaging specification sheets, pack off requirements, swing tags, accessory specifications for any local production - Develop creative studio briefs for new launches, seasonal promotions & gift programs - with input and sign off from Brand Manager - Liaise with retailers to ensure successful sell-in of all seasonal promotions and new launches: including POS allocation, retail specialist grading and parcel sheets - Coordinate the digital presence on retailer eCommerce sites: including product descriptions, imagery and artwork **You Are**: - Passionate about the beauty industry and like to stay up to date with the latest Marketing trends - Detail orientated and having a flexible approach and ability to multitask - Organised, with project management skills and the ability to work to tight deadlines - A resourceful initiative-taker, who always works to capacity **You Have**: - Tertiary qualification in Marketing or a similar field - 1-2 years’ experience in a similar role, ideally with exposure to product and promotional marketing - Advanced Excel Skills - Strong Written and Verbal Communication Skills **We Have**: - Close to 70 years of expertise in beauty and spa, with the Clarins and myBlend brands - Unique products and innovative services - A commitment to Social & Environmental Responsibility embedded in our raison d'être - A caring and inclusive corporate culture - Development and training opportunities - Attractive compensation and benefits - A flexible work environment, with up to 2 days of remote working per week - Very generous product allowance - 'Day-cation' initiative - 1 paid day off each quarter separate to your annual leave - Wellbeing, Celebrations, and Sustainability initiatives all year round - driven by our committees If you have a curious mind, a thirst to go further and the drive to boldly take on new challenges, join us.
