**About the role**

An excellent opportunity for a committed and driven individual to join the Housing hub team as the Housing Options Facilitator. We are seeking someone who is experienced in designing and delivering high impact resources and information sessions for people with disability (PwD) and stakeholders with the aim of supporting people eligible for specialist disability housing (SDA) to find out about their housing options. A key aspect of the role will be to promote and facilitate workshops across Australia, including co-design workshops that aim to understand customer views, as well promote and host capacity building information sessions for people with disability.

Housing Hub staff are experts in the field. Joining the team is a great opportunity to work with like minded, creative people, experienced in NDIS Housing Options.

The role is offered as full time however part time (0.8 FTE) will be considered.

**What you will bring**:

- You are a strong communicator who is comfortable and effective speaking with a wide range of people
- A collaborative team member with a proven ability to guide and support team members through complex projects
- Experienced in facilitating workshops encouraging PwD and SDA property developers to share their stories and needs
- Ability to manage multiple projects and stick to delivery deadlines

- Contribute to the development of workshops in order to understand customer needs and views
- Facilitate online and in-person workshops across Australia to support the capacity building of people with disability and their supporters in relation to (SDA and disability housing
- Work with the Digital Product Manager to turn resources into digital tools that can be used via the Housing Hub
- Support the development of co-design workshops that lead to a deep understanding of what our customers want and need
- Be an advocate for the voice of people with disability in all out-bound communications and projects
- Collaborate closely with the Marketing & Communications Lead to deliver information in a way that puts people with disability first

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor Degree in Allied Health or other relevant field

**Desired Skills and Experience**:

- More than 5 years of solid work experience in content development in the social impact sector, preferably supporting the voice of people with disability
- Proven experience of creating content that inspires action in the target group in a social impact context
- Experience communicating with people with complex support needs
- Experience in managing project deliverables
- Great passion for working with people with disability and championing their voice
