**An exciting opportunity has arisen to join this prestigious group at their recently renovated beach venue as Cellar Manager** to join the team & assist with overall cellar management & readiness for service.**
- This venue in the Northern beaches of Sydney is an all-new multipurpose dining & social space, dramatically reimagined to match the neighbourhood’s exciting evolution._
- From casual dining & drinks offering, to functions, to bottle shop sales, the role of assistant cellar manager will involve being all over the mentioned locations, assist with systems, daily goings on, daily service at times & the overall organisation of the busy service periods.**Responsibilities**:

- ensure all delivered product is of the highest quality
- manage & liaise with suppliers & senior management
- maintain stock at adequate levels for trade and received correctly into inventory
- manage appropriate stock movements throughout the venue
- supplying and managing the bar back team to ensure all our bars are set up for trade
- participate in servicing the floor during trade
- general maintenance and cleanliness of the cellar and receiving dock
- be across stocktake procedures, and implement controls & solutions as needed
- maintenance of all venue equipment, furnishings and infrastructure to a high standard whilst staying within budget constraints

**Required Skills and Experience**:

- Experienced in Hotel & Retail stock inventory, including using purchase orders invoices
- Demonstrate Repair and Maintenance knowledge
- Experience in Food & Beverage stocktake
- Sound understanding of Ordering & Budget control
- Have Cellar & Beer Line maintenance knowledge
- Strong WHS knowledge
- Cash handling ability
- General hotel operation / management experience
