Kay Brothers Pty Ltd is an iconic McLaren Vale winery still under founding family control after 132 years. We are seeking an enthusiastic, energetic and self-motivated professional to be part of the leadership team and drive the development of the direct-to-consumer activities at a strategically exciting time for the business.

Whilst specific duties will include managing the cellar door team and operations, customer orders, event planning and organisation, the person we are looking for is equally keen to make a significant difference in driving cellar door visitation, developing the wine club, direct-to-consumer PR strategy and analysis and reporting of performance in this vital customer segment.

Job Requirements

The skills we require are:

- An ability to work autonomously and resolve problems independent of direction
- Exceptional standards of customer service and customer relationship management
- High levels of organisation with the ability to stay calm under pressure
- Superior written and verbal communication skills with an eye for design and detail
- Experience in digital marketing and communication campaigns
- Experience in leading and motivating a successful sales team
- A working knowledge of IT systems including social media, Microsoft Office and POS/CRM/eCommerce systems
- A willingness to put forward and take on new ideas

This is a full-time position that will require flexibility in working hours including some weekend and public holiday working as well as occasional interstate travel. Applicants must have Australian citizenship/residency or a valid existing Australian work visa and a full driving license. A forklift license is also highly desirable. The role reports to General Manager, is a key part of, and will work closely with, the management team, particularly the Sales and Marketing Manager.
