Vinpac was established in 1975 to provide contract bottling services to customers in the Australian wine industry. Today, we operate two facilities located in the iconic Barossa and McLaren Vale wine regions of South Australia.

We offer customers a complete service of packaging material supply and inventory management, bottling, winemaking, bulk wine storage, laboratory services, warehousing and distribution. These services are underpinned by our commitment to quality in everything we do.

**What we are looking for**:
An experienced Cellar Team Leader or someone looking to take the next step in your career. You will ensure the highest standard of wine handling from arrival, adjustment to specification, and delivery to the bottling line in keeping with our standard operating procedures and with strict adherence to food safety product handling.

**What you’ll do**:

- Provide Leadership & support to the cellar team
- Raise, process, and finalise Cellar notes using electronic wine management systems as required
- Allocate cellar work to team members to ensure work is completed as required
- Perform all cellar process as needed - unloading tankers, additions, filtration etc
- Mange the rostering of the cellar team members
- Ensure that wine onsite is handled in accordance with the established processes and customer expectations
- Liaise with other departments as required to ensure all wine meets bottling specifications and schedules
- Liaise with customers as required.
- Manage the consumable requirements of the cellar
