**About the role**:

- You will have the opportunity to utilise your customer service skills working full time hours in a permanent position with a reputable brand in a fast-paced environment located in the south-eastern suburbs. The business offers a flexible work arrangement and places great emphasis on the development and learning of their team. This is a great opportunity if you are looking to grow and enhance your customer service knowledge and experience.
- This position is working full time on a rotating roster. You must be able to drive as there is no convenient public transport and travel into the office will be required. Equipment to work from home will be provided but a reliable internet connection is essential.

**Your key responsibilities include**:

- Handling inbound and outbound inquiries over the phone
- Providing a 5* customer service experience to customers over the phone
- Negotiating payment plans in line with company guidelines
- Identifying and flag contracts where repossession activity is to take place

**You will have the following**:

- 1-2 years of experience working within a Customer Service role
- Ability to multi-task, be hard-working and organized
- Proven experience working in a busy environment
- Excellent written and analytical ability, in particular accurate spelling, alpha-numeric data entry and qualifying data
- Work effectively and autonomously to specific deadlines while maintaining a high level of accuracy
- Excellent communication skills
