**The Role**:
Miele are looking to expand their team of Customer Service Consultants located at their Scoresby Contact Centre. You will be working on the general Inbound Customer Enquiries line. This is an exciting opportunity to step into a role and build your career with the Miele brand that prides themselves continuous improvement of their products and services for their customers.
**Your responsibilities will incorporate**:
- Provide exceptional customer service to all consumers as well as internal and external stakeholders
- Respond in an efficient and professional manner to all consumers
- Process orders in a timely manner and display a sense of urgency towards customer enquiries
- Management and first call resolution of customer concerns
- Provide product information and technical assistance
- Proactively maintain an up-to-date knowledge of all products and services to ensure a superior experience for the consumers
**To be considered for this position you will demonstrate the following capabilities**:
- Previous experience in a customer service role, this may be customer facing, phone based and within varying industries.
- Demonstrated high level of resilience
- Professional verbal and written communication etiquette
- Exceptional problem solving and negotiation skills
- Professional telephone manner
- Proven ability to meet KPI’s
- Proven reliability in previous employment
- Demonstrated team mentality - working together and supporting each other to provide the best experience for customers and the team working around you
