You will be working on the general Inbound Customer Enquiries line. This is an exciting opportunity to step into a role and build your career with the Miele brand that prides themselves continuous improvement of their products and services for their customers. **Your responsibilities will incorporate**: - Provide exceptional customer service to all consumers as well as internal and external stakeholders - Respond in an efficient and professional manner to all consumers - Process orders in a timely manner and display a sense of urgency towards customer enquiries - Management and first call resolution of customer concerns - Provide product information and technical assistance - Proactively maintain an up-to-date knowledge of all products and services to ensure a superior experience for the consumers **To be considered for this position you will demonstrate the following capabilities**: - Previous experience in a customer service role, this may be customer facing, phone based and within varying industries. - Demonstrated high level of resilience - Professional verbal and written communication etiquette - Exceptional problem solving and negotiation skills - Professional telephone manner - Proven ability to meet KPI’s - Proven reliability in previous employment - Demonstrated team mentality - working together and supporting each other to provide the best experience for customers and the team working around you **Benefits**: - The office is located at the Caribbean Park, Scoresby in an exceptional setting promoting health and wellbeing. - The office is surrounded by parklands and walking tracks.
