Customer Service Officer

Deliver professional customer service by addressing enquiries, identifying customer requirements, processing orders and communicating status.
- Working within a small, dedicated team, you will be the first point of call to PSA.
- Strong mathematical aptitude and English competency (able to calculate sums accurately and quickly)
- Assist with logistics communication and functions

**Requirements**:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Previous Customer Service experience in similar industries preferred but not essential
- Proven negotiation and problem-solving skills.
- Strong rapport and relationship building skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to interpret technical drawings, including numeracy skills.
- Strong aptitude in geometrics (measurements in shapes including areas and volumes).
- Sound basic mathematics including percentages.
- Competent skills and experience in the use of Business Systems and the Microsoft Suite
